Defining the value prop of a vanity product, for different customer segments

The Toasteroid was a unique smart product, that required an Off-the-Wall approach, to identify both B2C and B2B segments and Research their drives and blocks. This approach was critical in designing the App and the Brand Campaign for each segment. 

Starting with working mothers in the Prestige and Premium segments, various go to Market Strategies were explored.
